My practice is focused on helping individuals and couples create the most fulfilling lives and relationships possible. I specialize in the confidential treatment of intimacy and sexual concerns and have extensive training and experience in resolving common complaints, such as sexual boredom in relationships, desire discrepancy between partners, arousal and orgasmic difficulties, painful intercourse, and challenges related to residual effects of past abuse. I have worked with clients from all backgrounds, and take great care to respect and value each couple’s perspective, helping them to develop and nurture a sense of intimacy and sexuality that is right for them. I am an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. My goal is to help clients gain insight and create sustainable changes that will allow them to live more fulfilling and passionate lives. Before transitioning to New York, I founded a group practice, Enliven Chicago, where I have been working for the past 11 years. My clinical approach is in alignment with David Schnarch, Terry Real, and Esther Perel, who has been a teacher and supervisor for nearly ten years.
