I am a Licensed Profession Counselor who received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. I completed my post graduate training in sexual health at the University of Michigan’s Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education program to become a certified sex therapist and sexuality educator. In the summer of 2015 I also completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and I am a certified yoga instructor. I have experience working in a variety of locations ranging from residential to private practice with an array of populations and their concerns.
I’m passionate for counseling from a sex-positive approach and creating an accepting space for clients to connect with their intimate values and identity. I empower individuals to express their authentic selves by embracing their sexual diversity surrounding concerns of sex, sexuality, and gender identity. I’m a LGBTQIA+, kink, and poly friendly therapist.
My clinical experience has taught me to appreciate the importance of a holistic approach to counseling. The body, mind, and spirit are exclusive concepts that work together to encompass who we are as our unique selves. I believe that addressing our needs all-inclusively can truly change how we live in our world.
