Over the years, I have noticed that the majority of problems people encounter in their lives often stems from negative beliefs about themselves and the world, caused by experiences they carry from their past. Exploring these issues and learning to identify and unhook from these beliefs is essential in healing.
Through adopting a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach, I will teach clients how to gain the insight needed to identify negative thinking patterns and learn how to build the positive tools needed to move beyond these old, limiting beliefs. Change is hard, but worth the risk to blossom.
