Throughout life, we are faced with many challenges…some more severe than others, some harder to overcome, and some which we ignore for the moment. When we choose not to face our challenges, it can negatively impact our true being. My experience includes working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, substance abuse, trauma, parent-child relationships, crisis intervention, just to name a few.
I take time to look at three integral aspects of my clients’ lives: social relationships with friends and family, career, and love and intimacy. I provide an accepting and non-judgmental environment so that my clients can express their inner thoughts regardless of what those inner thoughts may be.
I’m an ambassador for the Office on Women’s Health-US Department of Health and Human Services and an expert panelist for mental health discussions, radio shows, and media outlets in Los Angeles and Chicago. I can also be seen working on VH1 and BET networks.
